Leasing at Ten at Clarendon is Now Underway

Ten at Clarendon is now open for leasing.  The new property at 3110 10th Street North features 135 apartments (ranging from studios to 4-bedroom units), 8 ground floor live-work units, 3,700 SF of retail at 10th Street and N. Highland, as well as the future Bridges to Independence office and program space on N. Highland Street.
A retail tenant for the retail space at the corner of 10th Street and N. Highland has not been selected. The space is designed to accommodate a food use and a local fast casual option is idea that is being pursued. The ground floor live-work units are designed similar to apartments but geared towards a small business or entrepreneur that wants ground floor visibility.  A tenant does not have to live there – it could just be office space for their business.
While the design focuses on millenials, the large units (there are 12 4-bedroom units) may cater to a family in the neighborhood looking to renovate their home or a family new to the area that is not ready to buy yet.
