The Clarendon Alliance is a public-private partnership that was chartered by the Arlington County Board in 1986. The Alliance works on behalf of the community to promote the health and vitality of Clarendon, Arlington's original downtown commercial district and its surrounding areas. It is through membership of our business community and residents that we are able to continue our important role of maintaining Clarendon's character as a desireable place to live, work and play.
